Showcasing 43 miles of shoreline
Threshold 360 and Gulf County Tourist Development Council recently captured over 70 outdoor locations in Port St. Joe and Indian Pass, Florida, including the coastal areas. The end result is a collection of picturesque virtual tours, showcasing the natural beauty and resiliency of this destination. To date, the virtual tour content has received over 80,000 views on Google.
A destination rebounded
Although a hurricane made direct landfall in Gulf County less than two years ago, damaging many of their parks and beaches, the county has quickly rebounded, transforming back into a destination filled with terrific outdoor experiences. Through the virtual tours, prospective visitors are able to see the pristine condition of the destination and its attractions, and plan their next outdoor adventure. This has also translated into the organization’s COVID 19 response in communicating distanced, outdoor activities for both locals and visitors.
